Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your THĒNERE purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email hello@thenere.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return address and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back at your own expense.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and bespoke/made-to-order garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
